Reared in the Idaho Panhandle, I now winter in Arizona.
I began writing and playing guitar in the late 90's and enjoy the challenges of communicating a short story in poetic form, set to music in 3-4 minutes.
A member of the Arizona Songwriters Association, I have had the honor of helping to represent the group at several annual events in the Phoenix area.
To date, I have copyrighted 50 of my songs which bridge the spectrum from heartrending ballads and humor to social commentary.

Along with several performances in the Phoenix area, I was honored to spend an evening sharing tunes with Arkie Blue in his world-famous Silver Dollar Bar in Bandera, Texas. Arkie is a Texas music legend and has recorded with Willie Nelson. He intends to record one of my songs, "Nashville" in his next studio date.
Entered a song "Me with Her" in the Great American Song Contest 2003 and received one recommendation to the Finalist Category and received Honorable Mention.
Played at New Braunfels Texas Museum of Art and Music.

In my short career in music, I have been fortunate to meet and form friendships with some individuals having access to the top names in country music. I am interested in forming an association of Northwest Artists and Writers who may wish to combine talents and equipment to produce demo recordings of sufficient quality to submit to mainstream country promoters.
Although adequate as a vocalist and rhythm guitarist and ~ some say ~ entertaining in concert, I consider myself to be a lyricist above all and perform primarily in an effort to promote my talents as a writer.
